Motorcycle Accidents in Knoxville
Personal injury is a frequent outcome of motorcycle crashes, as riders often need emergency medical care and lengthy hospitalizations. As a result, injured motorcyclists often have no choice but to take time off of work and face a substantial loss of income while they convalesce.
An experienced motorcycle accident attorney will know the best ways to minimize the negative impacts an accident can have on your life.
Catastrophic injuries, like traumatic brain injury or even a fatality, can be the result of a serious motorcycle crash, especially if another vehicle is involved. This is due to the fact that motorcycles do not provide their operators with any of the safety features that those inside a passenger vehicle take for granted, like seat belts, airbags, or a roll cage, making riders vulnerable to sustaining serious internal injuries, along with injuries to their brain and spinal cord.
These life-changing injuries will cost thousands of dollars in medical expenses that will most likely cause the victim and their family to undergo financial hardships from which they may never recover.
