Loudon Co, TN (April 14, 2021) – The Loudon County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle accident that left multiple people with injuries in the westbound lanes of Interstate 40 by milepost 366.
Officials on the scene said the crash took place just outside of the Knox County line and resulted in several victims being hospitalized with injuries.
