Nashville, TN (February 9, 2021) – Two people suffered injuries following a serious car accident in the Nashville area on Tuesday morning, February 9. 

According to local sources, a vehicle was traveling northbound on Interstate 65 when it crashed into a barrier near W. Old Hickory Boulevard. Two people in the vehicle were hospitalized for the treatment of sustained injuries. The cause of the crash is still unknown. 

Emergency responders were dispatched to the site of the crash to render aid to the injured parties. At this time, the identities of the crash victims have not been revealed. No further information on the accident is currently available. 

Local law enforcement officials are currently investigating the cause of the crash.
