Bob Widerkehr

Since 1988, Bob has been practicing law in Tennessee and has gained an extensive and diverse range of trial experience. He began his legal career representing insurance companies and their policyholders in litigation arising from automobile and tractor-trailer accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, direct actions against insurance companies, workers’ compensation defense, landlord-tenant disputes, both in a commercial and private setting, claims for both short-term and long-term disability, as well as serving as local counsel for injured railroad workers under the Federal Employer Liability Act. Throughout the years, Bob has individually tried to verdict more than 80 jury trials and a countless number of bench trials. Upon joining Fox and Farmer in 2013, Bob’s practice has concentrated solely on the representation of individuals injured through the negligence of others in such areas as car accidents and premises liability. He is a seasoned trial attorney and always strives to obtain the best results for his clients, whether through settlement or trial. Bob offers the unique perspective of having significant experience advocating for both Plaintiffs and Defendants during the course of his more than 31 years of practice as a trial lawyer in Tennessee, and welcomes the opportunity to assist those who have been injured through no fault of their own.
